Having worked for 20 years in the creative departments of global advertising, where less than 3% of the creative directors are female, I think it’s fair to say that professionally speaking, I’ve lived in a man’s world. Rather than let that jade me, I let it inspire me.
Men and women need to stop tiptoeing around one another and come together. It’s time to create a new understanding of what each gender brings to the table, and, through that understanding, evolve the way we interact. Ultimately, we are all on the same team. Team humanity. I’m rewriting the team’s playbook and moving the needle forward.
